Sherese strongly values the relationship she builds with her clients and places great importance on providing a safe space for connection and trust. Her style in therapy is warm, empathetic, compassionate and humorous.

Sherese is passionate about working with teens and adults with PTSD, complex trauma, childhood trauma, anxiety and depression. Sherese also has a special interest in working with clients with ADHD and parents of children with ADHD.

Sherese understands the therapeutic process isn’t always easy and healing from trauma isn’t linear. The journey isn’t a straight line; sometimes there are twists and turns, ups and downs but she believes our bodies truly have the capability to heal themselves and it is a journey you don’t have to take alone. Sherese has the desire to meet clients exactly where they are, sit with them in their pain and help guide them to a place of healing where they can feel confident living as their true authentic self.

Sherese uses EMDR, an evidence based practice that helps clients process trauma. She also incorporates parts work, experiential and existential therapies, attachment theory, psychodynamic techniques, and narrative therapy into her work.

Sherese is new to Pacific North West and moved here last year from California. She is passionate about running and is a lover of nature. Sherese enjoys spending time outdoors engaging in activities such as camping, hiking, paddle boarding and kayaking. She also loves the ocean and spending time at the beach as much as possible.
